M-Safe application will be used to raise the tickets related to all the safety incidents/accidents occurred in sites owned by MLL or customers, where MLL executives and business associates are working. The tickets raised are assigned to specific site managers / safety SPOC. Same will be notify to Account Division Manger (ADM), cluster heads and corporate safety team through mail communication. Currently the Incidents are reported over the msafe portal which requires the individual to work on a computer system. With the introduction of the Safety app the individuals can report and track incidents on the tip of their finger increasing the efficiency and reducing the time required on the system.
